Brent Payne’s journey from a small-town boy in rural Missouri to a globally recognized entrepreneur and community builder is a testament to his relentless pursuit of innovation and personal growth. His early days, marked by a passion for music and a rebellious spirit against conventional paths, set the stage for a life of extraordinary achievements.
Co-founding Liberty League International in 2001, Brent revolutionized the personal development industry, taking the community from 6 people to over 100,000 people in 120 countries. By 2005 LLI was generating over $100M per year, with a platform that empowered thousands to break free from unfulfilling jobs and pursue wealth and freedom. His leadership in organizing transformative events across the globe further cemented his reputation as a dynamic force in personal development.
Beyond Liberty League, Brent’s entrepreneurial journey continued to flourish. He founded Real Estate Worldwide, a successful real estate investment training company. And recently ventured into the longevity supplements industry, starting a company called RenovoVita, showcasing his versatility and acumen across diverse sectors.
Today, after Covid forced VIM to go on hold, Brent is excited about the relaunch of VIM. This platform is the culmination of his experiences and insights, offering a space for positive mental health, well-being, and prosperity. Linda Baer’s journey is proof that strength, purpose, and reinvention can rise from both success and sorrow.
Raised in small-town Missouri by parents who taught her that nothing was out of reach, Linda hit the ground running. Fresh out of college, she joined pharmaceutical giant Abbott Laboratories and quickly climbed the corporate ladder. Her career was thriving, her life fast-paced — and then, a chance conversation on a flight led to a love story that changed everything.
Linda left her corporate career behind in Chicago to be with her husband Rich in Kansas and stepped into entrepreneurship. In just two years, Linda helped grow a small startup from $240K to $28 million in revenue, turning it into one of the nation’s leading medical education companies, ABcomm, conducting over 6,000 training events annually.
Life was full — meaningful work, deep love, great friends, and the joy of welcoming her daughter, Mikayla. But in an unthinkable moment, Linda’s world was shattered when her husband was tragically killed in a diving accident right before her eyes.
It was in this darkness that she found a deeper purpose. Personal development helped her rebuild her identity and redefine what was possible. That rebirth inspired her to help others do the same.
